“Open Drawer” button does not appear or on the Order Screen even though it is on a button in the “Edit Order Screen Button” screen.

The issue with the ‘Open Drawer” button was caused by no drawer being set up in MicroSale.

Select a receipt printer for “Drawer #1”. The function button, “Open Drawer”, will now appear on the order screen (assuming it is set to appear from the Edit Order Screen Button layout).
