Version 9 Databases Intro

With the new version 9, there are no databases installed by default.  You must create them after running the install:

  1. Run the exe from inside the Micro$ale directory
  2. Click the Load Access button
  3. Click the Select All button
  4. Click the Create/Update button
  5. Click OK to the on-screen prompt when the process finishes

(perform steps 6 through 9 only if the terminal has been setup/ configured for SQL Server; otherwise, skip to step 10)

  1. Click the Load SQL button
  2. Click the Select All button
  3. Click the Create/Update button
  4. Click OK to the on-screen prompt when the process finishes
  5. Exit from MicroSale out to the Windows desktop, and re-launch MicroSale
