MicroSale, is proud to announce a new feature that makes the closeout process more efficient for 24-hour businesses.
An optional setting has been added that allows you to run your end-of-day closeout with open checks - meaning you no longer have to wait until all checks are completed or closed.
MicroSale suspends these checks, runs the end of day, then reopens the checks and audits associated with the open checks.
With this advanced functionality, restaurants can now save time during their closeout process, as they no longer have to manually close active orders and then reenter them after the closeout.
To enable this optional setting, enable the option on the main POS station or back office that runs your closeout:
[Setup] Managers Menu > Register Setup > Terminal Configuration > Register Options > (main page) > Allow daily close with open checks
Conflicting auto-close options:
End of Day runs with employee(s) on the clock: Set to Yes, or Out_In.
