Prerequisite: POS Auto-Register must be enabled in the PAX BroadPOS Portal in order to use this feature with MicroSale.
- Attempt to ping the device’s IP Address
If unsuccessful, the IP address may have changed or the unit is offline. - If your devices have been pre-programmed for “POS Auto Register”, you can reconnect the device to the POS workstation through the MicroSale software.

Managers Menu ➔ Register Setup ➔ Terminal Configuration ➔ Credit Card Setup ➔ PAX 03. Bring up the Device/Register Name - Click on Find Device (to obtain a new IP)
