Loyalty Program (Frequent Diner)
Enhance customer retention with loyalty rewards that integrate seamlessly into your operations. Set up flexible plans to drive frequent visits and increase spending.
1. Program Setup

Creating Loyalty Plans
- Go to Managers Menu > Frequent Diner > Plan Maintenance.
- Select plan type: Points-Based (earn points on product purchases) or Dollar-Based (earn rewards based on dollars spent).
- Banked Plan: Customers accumulate points toward higher rewards.
- Instant Plan: Automatic reward upon reaching threshold.

Setting Up Discounts
- Go to Discount Maintenance.
- Example: “Buy 5 Sandwiches, Get the 6th Free”.
- Name the discount, set type, amount, and assign to appropriate categories.

Timed Discounts
- Adjust rewards to specific time frames (e.g., happy hours).
2. Using the Loyalty Program

Adding New Customers
- From the order screen, select Frequent Diner > Add New Diner.
- Enter account details or swipe driver’s license for auto-fill.

Using Loyalty for Existing Customers
- During an order, select Frequent Diner, swipe card (or enter name/number).
- Note: Points are added only during order entry; post-tender adjustments require manager intervention.

Viewing Customer Status
- After swiping, flashing text on the screen shows customer’s status.
- Select flashing text to display loyalty points or dollar balance.
3. Tracking and Maintaining Customer Accounts
- Reports and Metrics
- Track visit frequency, last visit date, total visits, average ticket size, and total spent.
- Customer Maintenance
- Go to Managers Menu > Frequent Diner for:
- Customer Maintenance: Add/update customer information.
- Plan Maintenance: Add/delete plans.
- Customer Status and Customer List: Reports for all loyalty plans and spending details.
