Must have printers installed in Windows first.
Managers menu > register setup > terminal configuration > printer setup > remote printer setup
The printer name must start with the word “receipt”. That is what triggers the function in MicroSale. Then assign it to the printer you would like to print the receipt to. For instance, for my test tablet I used “Receipt Bar” and “Receipt Dining” and assigned them to the printer names they correlate with in Windows.
Go into the Full Service options in Register Options and enable the register option that says “prompt which receipt printer you want to print.”
To use it simply ring in the order as you normally would. When you select the “Pay Order” button you will be prompted to choose which receipt printer you’d like to print to before advancing to the tender screen.
