To enable/disable the directions form printing on the receipt or remote ticket you will want to run the “DatabaseUtility.exe” from the MicroSale directory. Once you start it click on the “Print Utilities” option at the top, followed by “Phone Orders” and you will see the options shown in the screen capture below.
