Must be on Version 9.0.830 or later
To setup the Worldpay direct integration, you will first have to contact MicroSale or your dealer to get the interface activated in the site’s MicroSale license file. Once activated, follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to Managers Menu > Register Setup > Credit Card Setup.
- Click the drop-down menu next to the field “Primary Host Name” to provide a list of available interfaces. Select “Worldpay” from the list.

- Copy the name “Worldpay” and paste into the “Secondary Host Name” field as well. The picture to the right shows what the fields should look like when finished.
- A new window will appear to enter in the “Worldpay” parameters.

- Account ID: provided by Worldpay and it should be an alpha-numeric ID. At least 5 characters.
- Sub ID: provided by worldpay and it should be at least 5 characters (Number Only).
- Merchant PIN: provided by Worldpay and it should be at least 6 characters (alpha numeric).
- Key: this field can be left empty unless provided a key by Worldpay.
- Before exiting touch the “Save” button and ‘Save Credit Card setup”.
**If the transactions can get authorizations but you receive the following error then there is an issue with the Pin provided by Worldpay and they will need to be contacted to reset it.
