Pizza/Delivery
- Auto-void delivery charges: Delivery charges automatically void when changing an order from delivery to pick up. Instead of the employee being responsible for voiding the charge, this change eliminates inadvertent charges
- New pizza half pricing option: In addition to the other "Select 1/2" options, this new option allows the first ½ topping choice to charge while the second ½ topping choice is marked as free.
- Improved caller sorting: when searching phone order customers (Caller Customer List), the list is now in descending order by most recent callers.
Reporting
- More accurate weekly closeouts: Instead of the weekly closeout automatically running on the 7th day, it runs on the last day of your restaurant’s week. This change is beneficial for restaurants that may only be open a few days out of the week
- Comparing menu items’ sales: A “Percentage of Sales” column has been added to the custom product mix report (Menu Items by Individual Report). This helps you see exactly how each menu item is performing in comparison with the others
Employee Management / Time Clock
**MAJOR CHANGES: PLEASE READ**
- Easily see how many hours are worked for the week: Only shifts worked for the current week appear on the time clock screen. Previously, all shifts worked for the payroll period were listed, making it difficult to see exactly how many hours are worked for each week. (The start of the week is now displayed on the top of the time clock screen with the total hours displayed under the itemized shifts)

Setting the number of days to edit time records: While the time clock now only shows employees their shifts for the current week, managers can continue to adjust shifts for the entire payroll period. The number of days for editing should be set to the same number of days as your payroll period.
- For example: If you run a 2 week pay period, set the days for editing to 14. After the settings are saved, the range of dates that can be edited is displayed on the bottom of the Time Clock Editor.
- Removed time records (employee shifts) now completely delete: Previously, when an employee’s shift was deleted, it would keep the row and zero out the shift to 12am (to show that the shift was manually deleted). This was causing some confusion so it has been eliminated.

Backend Improvements

Improved performance: the ‘number of users’ and ‘number of remotes’ is now automated
- In the setup, you no longer have to manually set the number of users.
- Now, changes can be made from any register, as all registers write to a single SQL database. This change drastically improves the performance of the software since registers are no longer constantly pinging other registers for changes.
- Please note: the terminals' names must still be added under "Name of Remote Registers" in Managers Menu > Register Setup > Terminal Configuration)
- Added new parsing for internal gift cards: the software reads ‘Track 2’ of the card first, if track 2 is blank, track 1 is automatically read. Prevents reading errors.
Register Options
- Additional option added for Kitchen Tickets: you can now send the check total with the kitchen ticket, if desired. (Register Options > Printer/Cash Drawer > Under Remote Printer Settings, “Print the check total”)
- You can now set an entire workstation as Tax Exempt: Tax exempt removes the tax on all items sold on the workstation with this option enabled. (Register Options > Menu/Modifier Setup > “Terminal Is Tax Exempt”)
- The “Time Window” is now off by default: this option requires manager approval when an employee tries to clock in or out outside of the set time window. Since most restaurants do not wish to use this feature, it is automatically disabled

- The Individual Margin Report itemizes food cost by individual sold item to show exact food cost, profit margin and profit dollars by each item.

- The Pooled Margin Report is a consolidated version of the “Individual Margin Report”, generating data on all items sold within a time period; providing the selling price in the POS, total sales by item, food cost, and profit margins.
Improved flow of inventory procedures
- Invoicing is now automated: invoices are captured directly from the suppliers, updating food costs and replenishing quantities directly through an EDI integration
