Please contact your MicroSale representative to update your system. If you are already on Version 10, updates within the version are no charge. If you are on Version 9 or earlier versions of software, your representative will provide a quote.

- Fixed Error 13 on Close Audit: Error was generating during an audit close when the audit had no sales; ensuring a smoother end-of-day process without disruptions.

- Added a prompt for cash payment when partial phone order payment is set, reducing potential payment errors.
- Fixed "Pay by Bag" (function to allow separate payments on takeout orders), specifically for pickup orders when the configuration is set for Full Service, Server Banking.
- Fixed issue with assigned cash drawers and unassigned employees.

- Introduced partial payment support for phone orders, including M$ gift cards. This feature provides more flexibility in handling payments for phone orders.
- Fixed reporting balance issue with cash discount (when selecting "Cash" as the first payment type and then "Credit Card" was causing balance issue on end of day reports.

Enhancements for Cashiering Environments
(Environment where a server waits on a table, enters items, and generates/drops the check, then the customer pays at the counter)
Credit Card Payments and Tips: Cashiers can now seamlessly manage credit card payments, apply tips, and efficiently distribute credit card tips as cash. The system automatically associates the cashier's name with each transaction while tracking the fluctuating cash balance in the drawer based on cash sales and distributed tips.
The added Tip Report (tailored specifically for cashiering environments) tracks both paid and unpaid tips in each cash drawer. It records details such as the assigned cashier and the respective server who received the tip from that drawer/or the tips owed to the server from the drawer.

- Fixed reporting issue with voids and smart tax using Cash Discount: addressed an out-of-balance issue with voided items/checks using "Smart Tax" and disabling cash discount.
- Fixed cash discount issue on the first pour on a tab with Berg liquor control systems.
