To view reports:
Go to Manager’s Menu → Reports Menu

Reports are organized into clear categories, with access to both live data (from today's operations) and historical data (from prior days).

Tip: Live data includes sales from open and closed checks. Historical data becomes available after a business day is finalized.

The dashboard provides an up-to-the-minute snapshot of your current performance, including:

Sales from open and closed checks
Current labor percentage
Week-to-date sales performance
And more—displayed in a clean, digestible format

Most reports are available as PDFs. You can:

Print them manually
Email them on demand
Schedule them to be automatically sent at the end of each day

You can customize recipient groups so that only the right people—like managers, lead bartenders, or store owners—receive the reports they need.

Pro Tip: Nightly reports also include credit card batch confirmation, so you’ll know your payments were submitted successfully.
