Q: Where can the servers go to see a customer's most recent
delivery/pick-up order and how can they reorder it so they don't have to
ring up the same items one by one?
A: You want to make sure the following register option is checked so the system will save the last order for the customer.
Manager Menu -> Register Setup -> Terminal Configuration -> Register Options -> Phone Order Setup -> Additional Options -> Turn off Order History -> Make sure this option is not selected.
