Blank Reports are caused by an issue with the setup of the report printer.
On the terminal that is used for the daily closeout, verify the following:
- Report printer in Windows is using 80 column printer drivers not generic as well as assigned to XPSPort
- Report printer is default report printer in Windows
- Report printer is assigned in MicroSale in the Report Printer area, toggle the port to confirm the virtual port has not changed
- If you do not have a physical printer, you can install a virtual report printer. This will allow you to access reports as PDFs on screen and properly email the reports at the end of the night. Installing a virtual report printer
