Error 339 when going to Print Utilities in MicroSale

Browse to C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\2.8\bin and register Crviewer.dll with windows:

Start Menu -> Run Command -> regsvr32 and then drag in the crviewer.dll file and run.
