If you get "Error 339" when going to Print Utilities in MicroSale:
Browse to C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\2.8\bin and register Crviewer.dll with windows:
Start Menu -> Run Command -> regsvr32 and then drag in the crviewer.dll file and run.
Restart MicroSale.
