1) Go to Manager's Menu > Register Setup > Register Options by Terminal > Printing/ Cash Drawer > ensure that "Prints what when closing an open check" is set to Receipt. If changes are made, please Save before exiting.
2) Printing / Cash Drawer > ensure that "Disable Receipt for Cash Sale" is not checked.
Please go to each terminal and repeat these steps for each terminal that is not printing the cash receipts.
