Manager Menu -> Menu Maintenance -> Menu Items and Pricing ->
Number Available -> Sets the quantity you have on hand and counts down when the menu item is rang in. If the menu item is voided, the quantity will be added back to the item.
Product Inventory -> Set this as the most amount of product you will have of the menu item
