Need a list of all drinks and prices (this can be in word or excel) All sodas, liquor drinks (specialty drinks and regular mixed drinks such as bloody mary, tequila sunrise, etc), beer, etc.
Happy hour times and prices (and which items should be assigned to them)
List of discounts
Additional modifiers for menu items and upcharges (ex: can you add bacon to a cheeseburger, extra cheese, avocado, etc)
Number of kitchen printers – if more than one is needed and items go to specific printers only, please jot that down on the PDF menu by each menu item name
Once all information is provided, the turnaround time is 5 business days
