To reprint a batch report, you must also have batch reports set to email nightly. Otherwise, the PDF file is not built (uses Adobe Reader).
You can reprint a batch by going to Managers Menu -> Credit Card Menu -> Reprint Batch (Select a date)
(the terminal must have Adobe Reader installed to reprint or view the batch).
To see if Adobe is installed, you can go to Manager Menu -> Credit Card Menu -> Batch Utilities -> Select PDF Reader
