How to perform a financial reset, or “Go Live” in MicroSale Version 9?

To run a “Go Live” in MicroSale version 9:

1. Run a daily and a weekly close out in order to clear out the sales data in the SQL databases
2. Go to the Manager’s Menu > Register Setup > Setup/Configuration > Misc Utilities > System Go Live
1. You will be prompted with a keypad to enter the Admin ID which is the dealer backdoor code. You must enter the dealer backdoor code in order to complete the Go Live.
