Each revenue center groups together POS stations that correspond to specific parts of the restaurant, such as the Outside Patio, Lounge, Indoor Dining, and so on.

Creating Revenue Centers Names and Assigning Shared Job Titles
From the Revenue Center Setup Screen:
- Enter a description name for the Revenue Center
- Select the job title(s) that employees will have within this Revenue Center. You can choose more than one if needed.
Tip: For clarity during clock-in, consider creating job titles specific to each Revenue Center, like "Patio Bar" or "Patio Bartender" instead of standard job titles like “Bartender”, “Server”, or “Manager”. How to setup a new job code - Double-check everything for accuracy and click "Save."
- Repeat these steps for each Revenue Center using Group Audit.

Assigning the Revenue Center (Group) Names to Registers
- On the top left of the screen, find the dropdown next to "Revenue / Group Name."
- Choose the appropriate group name for the register.
- Repeat for each register within the Revenue Center (or Group)
Assign the job title to each employee who needs access to the group audit
- Managers Menu > Employee Maintenance
- Select the dropdown and choose an employee
- Select the dropdown under Job Titles, select the appropriate title, tick the option "Tipped" Make sure Tipped is enabled! Otherwise, this employee will not have tips allocated to them during the shift.

Managers Menu > Register Setup > Setup/Configuration > “Tenders – Job Codes– Customer Requests-Etc”
- Select Misc Setup
- Select Employee Job Codes
- Type in a Job Title
- Check the option, “Job Code Requires Audit”
- If this title needs the ability to open a cash drawer, check this option as well.
