How do you copy the station settings to another terminal so they are identical at the same site?

If the terminals are at the same site, make sure you have the remote terminal added in the Terminal Configuration area for the terminal you wish to mimic.

Then on the terminal you wish to export the options from, Manager Menu -> Register Setup -> Terminal Configuration -> Register Options -> Export Options - > Select the terminal you wish to send the options to -> Save Options

 

How do you copy the station settings to another terminal so they are identical at different site?

  1. Save the register options; it will create two OPT files in the MicroSale directory, you will see the terminal name before the OPT files
  2. Copy these files into the MicroSale directory on the other site.
  3. Once they are copied in, Manager Menu -> Register Setup -> Terminal Configuration -> Misc. System Configuration Page -> Misc. Utilities - > OPT Import -> Select each file and load the settings.  Restart MicroSale
