If multiple job titles are assigned to your profile, choose the job you’ll be working for this shift.
If you only hold one job title, it automatically assigns your role.
Your hourly pay rate may vary based on the job title associated with each shift. Make sure you are choosing the right job title for the shift for accurate compensation.
Can't clock in?
If you're unable to clock in, you may have forgotten to clock out from your last shift. Please ask a manager to correct your time.
Note: This guide applies when the setting 'End of Day Runs with Employee(s) On the Clock' is set to 'Yes'.
Taking a Break
If your system has breaks enabled, use the break in/out button for your break. This will ‘break up’ your shift but will not show two separate shift times.
When you 'Take a Break', it logs the duration, potentially for paid rest periods. 'Clocking Out' means your workday is over.
- Tap Break Out (replaces Punch In)
A “Break” is a pause in your shift - Tap Break In (replaces Break Out)
Clocking Out & Reviewing your Shift
For full visibility, clocking out prompts with the shift details, including hours worked for the day, and the time they clocked in. If the employee forgot to clock in until later on in their shift, they can select "Disagree" with the time, which sends to the manager to fix the discrepancy as soon as possible.
- Tap Punch Out (Replaces Punch In). Before completing the clock-out process, you will have a chance to review your shift.
- If your shift and hours are correct, tap I Agree with this time
If there was an issue, such as you forgot to clock in for the first hour of your shift, tap I Do Not Agree with this time. It will still allow you to clock out but your time will be flagged for the manager to correct.
