This means the software cannot find the printer drivers required to run and/or email reports. MicroSale uses the drivers of an 80 column report printer to format and run reports.
Solutions to an Error 380:
- Verify the attached printer is powered on
- Make sure there is a default report printer(80 column) set in windows, whether it be a real (80 column) or virtual (Fake 80 column printer assigned to XPS port) printer. How to create a virtual printer
If you receive this error during the close out, select "Ignore" twice to complete the closeout and bypass the error.
