Error 3265: “Item not found in this collection"

This is typically caused during an upgrade when tables are missing in a database.

You may receive this when launching MicroSale, Tendering an Order, or after Running a Credit Card

Upgrade the structure of the databases using MSaleDatabaseUpgrade utility in MicroSale directory

For Access

1. Open up MSaleDatabaseUpgrade.exe
2. Press Load Access
3. Press Select All
4. Press Create/Update

For SQL

1. Open up MSaleDatabaseUpgrade.exe
2. Press Load SQL
3. Press Select All
4. Press Create/Update
5. Launch MicroSale
