Go to Manager Menu -> Register Setup -> Credit Card Setup -> Pax -> Where you have the Device drop-down, make sure the Device is set with the proper IP Address for the Pax Unit associated with the terminal.
PAX units are all batching, but only one device's transactions are in the email
