Weekly Start Date Display
It is essential to track the workweek starting from the assigned weekly start date to ensure accurate time records. By doing so, you can easily view individual shifts and calculate the total hours worked during the week, avoiding any confusion, discrepancies, or misunderstandings.
Viewing Total Hours and Individual Shifts
Below the weekly start date, you will find your total hours worked for the week. This includes all shifts during the current week starting from the weekly start date.
Each shift you've worked during the week is displayed individually below your total hours. The start and end times, along with the total duration of each shift are clearly displayed.

Crucial Setup!
Choosing the right "start day" for your business week is imperative for accurate payroll and reporting. The correct start of your business week ensures precision in time records, preventing confusion, discrepancies, and potential issues with overtime.
To set the first day of the week:
Go to: Managers Menu -> Register Setup -> Register Options by Terminal -> Time Keeping
Setting the number of days to edit time records:
While the time clock now only shows employees their shifts for the current week, managers can continue to adjust shifts for the entire payroll period. The number of days for editing should be set to the same number of days as your payroll period.
For example: If you run a 2 week pay period, set the days for editing to 14.
go to Managers Menu > Register Setup > Register Options > Time Keeping
The range of dates that can be edited is displayed on the bottom of the Time Clock Editor
go to Managers Menu > Time Clock Functions
Removed time records (employee shifts) now completely delete:
Previously, when an employee’s shift was deleted, it would keep the row and zero out the shift to 12am (to show that the shift was manually deleted). This was causing some confusion so it has been eliminated.
