***EMV WITH DATACAP'S NETePAY***
Credit Card Batch Fails and returns the message “Batch Failed rbxxxxrandomizednumbersxxxxx”.
The RB stands for rejected batch, which is suggesting there is an issue with the charge in the database.

Resolution:

Must contact the processor so that they can provide you with the related charges in question (note: when using EMV, MicroSale does not store any credit card information - MicroSale tech support is unable to provide any information regarding processed transactions)
- Once they provide you with the bad charge(s), contact DataCap - they will walk you through Voiding the transaction.
- You need to open ePay administrator, select the charge and then where it says transaction, change to “ByRecVoidSale”, then Process.
- Settle the credit card batch after the charges have been Voided.
