SQL Exception error when trying to put a new site on SQL

1. Delete the SQL databases from the data directory for SQL after making a copy.
2. Create and connect the database for SQL
   1. You will no longer have an exception error using MSaleDatabaseUpgrade utility or attaching database through MicroSale.
