For new employees, you can use "Training Mode" to practice entering items into the POS system. When using "Training Mode", checks are not saved, sent to the kitchen and transactions are not added to your reports.
- To add a training mode, create an employee with the first name Training and the last name Mode
- Add a job title, access level and access number
- Save the new employee, Training Mode
- Start an audit for the Training Mode employee and have your new employee login with the Training Mode access number to practice in the system
